mood: The Sort - "Sion"
Not much updating lately. New semester has started - my last one! I've been really busy with school already. But my main focus has been Richmond Animal Rights and job searching. I'm going to be having a 3 day interview with PETA in March, and I'm really nervous and excited. I really want that job!
Today we had another fur protest and it went really well - someone even donated 20 dollars to us to give to PETA!
I'm really happy about all the people I am meeting. One girl also named Laura gave me a copy of her band's CD (The Sort) and it's amazing. I've also enjoyed talking to my new friend Derek at all the protests. We're doing circus demonstrations in Richmond next week, and it should be huge. The whole thing is just so exhilarating and I finally feel like I am getting something done. I'm really happy because Josh is finally going to be able to make a demonstration and experience what I've been experiencing for the past month.
I'm going up to visit Josh soon for Valentine's Day. I think we're going to take an impromptu trip to Sunflower for some amazing veg food! I'll try to write again soon.
